Things worth knowing

• The Val di Sogno^® is an adults only hotel that allows access exclusively to guests over 18 with a reservation.
• Our hotel is GUEST-ONLY. To ensure maximum privacy and tranquillity for our guests, access to the hotel and all its facilities (e.g. bar, restaurant, garden & pool) are exclusively for use by hotel guests. Visits from friends and relatives are permitted, subject to prior arrangement with the management.
• Our hotel is non-smoking. Smokers can use the balcony of the outdoor areas, taking care not to disturb other guests.
• Check-in is from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival.
• Check-out is by 11:00 am on the day of departure.
• In case of departure before 7:30 am, please notify us the previous evening, preferably by 9 pm.
• At Val di Sogno^® are available two electric car charging station; E-charger type 2 (bring your own cable | € 20 per attachment). 

We take every hotel guest into consideration, also those who are not too fond of animals or have allergies to animal hair. In order to avoid unpleasant situations, we prefer not to accommodate animals in our house.

Val di Sogno® is located directly on the shores of Lake Garda. Only a few steps separate the outdoor area of our hotel from the beach. In the municipality of Malcesine, beaches are publicly owned. There is no private beach, nor a lido with sun loungers and parasols, as you may find on other beaches. The beach at the lake is made of gravel and stones, not of sand. We therefore recommend that you take a pair of bathing shoes with you.

Payment with Diners Club or other credit cards is not accepted.

We do not accept checks or foreign currencies.

For stays arriving in September 2024, the following cancellation policy will apply:

• Up to 31 days before arrival date: free cancellation.
• From 30 to 15 days before arrival date: penalty of 30% of the cost of the booked stay.
• From 14 to 7 days before arrival date: penalty of 50% of the cost of the booked stay.
• In the 6 days prior to arrival date and in case of cancellation on the day of arrival, no-show, late arrival or early departure, payment of the full cost of the stay is requested for each room booked. The period of stay can be changed free of charge up to 31 days before arrival.

For stays arriving in October 2024, the following cancellation policy will apply:

• Up to 15 days before arrival date: free cancellation.
• From 14 to 7 days before arrival date: penalty of 50% of the cost of the booked stay.
• In the 6 days prior to arrival date and in case of cancellation on the day of arrival, no-show, late arrival or early departure, payment of the full cost of the stay is requested for each room booked. The period of stay can be changed free of charge up to 31 days before arrival.

For stays with arrival in April 2025 the following cancellation policy will apply:

• Up to 7 days before arrival date: free cancellation.
• In the 6 days prior to the arrival date and in case of cancellation on the day of arrival, no-show, late arrival or early departure, payment of the full cost of the stay is requested for each room booked. The period of stay can be changed free of charge up to 15 days before arrival.

For stays arriving in May and October 2025, the following cancellation policy will apply:

• Up to 15 days before arrival date: free cancellation.
• From 14 to 7 days before arrival date: penalty of 50% of the cost of the booked stay.
• In the 6 days prior to arrival date and in case of cancellation on the day of arrival, no-show, late arrival or early departure, payment of the full cost of the stay is requested for each room booked. The period of stay can be changed free of charge up to 31 days before arrival.

For stays arriving in June, July, August and September 2025, the following cancellation policy will apply:

• Up to 31 days before arrival date: free cancellation.
• From 30 to 15 days before arrival date: penalty of 30% of the cost of the booked stay.
• From 14 to 7 days before arrival date: penalty of 50% of the cost of the booked stay.
• In the 6 days prior to arrival date and in case of cancellation on the day of arrival, no-show, late arrival or early departure, payment of the full cost of the stay is requested for each room booked. The period of stay can be changed free of charge up to 31 days before arrival.

We will refund the deposit paid at the time of booking as well as refundable prepayments, by bank transfer, net of € 35 for management costs.

For all bookings explicitly indicated as non-refundable, no refunds can be made in the event of cancellation.
