Here are the details of the general cancellation terms applied for the 2025 season that you will find in all our direct offers and booking confirmations, too.
For stays with arrival in April 2025 the following cancellation policy will apply:
- Up to 7 days before arrival date: free cancellation.
- In the 6 days prior to the arrival date and in case of cancellation on the day of arrival, no-show, late arrival or early departure, payment of the full cost of the stay is requested for each room booked. The period of stay can be changed free of charge up to 15 days before arrival.
For stays arriving in May and October 2025, the following cancellation policy will apply:
- Up to 15 days before arrival date: free cancellation.
- From 14 to 7 days before arrival date: penalty of 50% of the cost of the booked stay.
- In the 6 days prior to arrival date and in case of cancellation on the day of arrival, no-show, late arrival or early departure, payment of the full cost of the stay is requested for each room booked. The period of stay can be changed free of charge up to 31 days before arrival.
For stays arriving in June, July, August and September 2025, the following cancellation policy will apply:
- Up to 31 days before arrival date: free cancellation.
- From 30 to 15 days before arrival date: penalty of 30% of the cost of the booked stay.
- From 14 to 7 days before arrival date: penalty of 50% of the cost of the booked stay.
- In the 6 days prior to arrival date and in case of cancellation on the day of arrival, no-show, late arrival or early departure, payment of the full cost of the stay is requested for each room booked. The period of stay can be changed free of charge up to 31 days before arrival.
In the event of cancellation, the deposit paid as a guarantee and confirmation of your booking will be refunded via bank transfer, minus € 35 in administration fees, and in accordance with the specific terms outlined in your reservation.
Non-refundable reservations are, as the name suggests, not refundable under any circumstances. Therefore, there will be no refunds for any cancelled room.
Reservations with special offers have a specific cancellation policy, and the cancellation terms are indicated in the offers sent, as well as in the booking confirmation (they may vary from what is written above).
Reservations made through portals (ie. Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, HotelBeds.com) or third parties (travel agencies, tour operators, holiday designers, etc.) have a specific cancellation policy, which differs from the one above. For these reservations, the policy stated on your booking confirmation applies.
