• Arriving from North:
From the Brenner Motorway (A22) - Exit Rovereto Sud-Lago di Garda Nord.
Follow the brown signs to the lake, after the tunnel pass through the villages of Loppio, Nago to Torbole (SS 240 - Via del Lago). At the roundabout, take the second exit towards South (SS 249). After the town of Tempesta and the famous galleries theater for the shooting of a James Bond movie, the town of Malcesine begins: Pass the hamlet of Navene, Campagnola, the municipality centre continue about 1,5 km in south direction.
Immediately after the Orthopedic Institute (Hospital) on the right there is Via Val di Sogno (after Jolly Discount Supermarket). Take this road to the lake shore.

• Arriving from South /East /West :
From the Milan - Venice Motorway (A4), take the Brenner Motorway (A22) in northern direction - Exit Affi.
After several roundabouts, exit the town of Affi and follow the signs for the town of Garda (brown signs SP 29 and SP 8). At the roundabout in Garda turn right towards North, follow the Gardesana East Coast Road (249/SS SR 249) for the town of Malcesine which arrives passing the municipalities of Torri del Benaco and Brenzone. Once you reach the border line of Malcesine, continue beyond the hamlet called Cassone. There you see in front of you the Val di Sogno Bay.
At the intersection for the Orthopedic Institute (Hospital) on the left (make a U turn) you will find Via Val di Sogno (before the Discount Jolly Supermarket). Take this road to the lake shore.

We are not on the main road, but directly on the shores of the lake in Via Val di Sogno 16.
