For
every booked room you have to pay
only an indemnity cost of 35.- Euro
for operation costs. |

Between 21 and 8 days before arrival |
For every booked room you have to
pay the cost of the first night. |

Between 7 and 1 day before
arrival |
For every booked room you have to
pay the cost of:
• 60% of the whole reservation for
stays under three nights
• the first three nights for stays
between three and seven nights.
• the first five nights for stays of
more than seven nights. |

arrival day or in case of no-show |
For every booked room you have to
pay the whole cost. |
