Sogno Hotel upon arrival; Patrizia Bonell (Front
Office Manager) and Silvia (Back Office and
Reservations Manager) in addition to their
valuable assistants.
The reception is open 24/7
During the day shift (7.30 am – 10.00 pm),
beside check-in (welcome, card compilation,
room assignment and access card, baggage
transfers, parking) and check-out (bill
payments, baggage transfers, farewell
greetings), we are pleased to offer
concierge services with countless
information on the before, during and after
vacation. A small example: notices and
information about the hotel facilities,
services, forecast, alarm, fax, newspaper
orders / daily newspapers, excursion
bookings , opera tickets for the Verona
Arena, tourist itineraries on foot or by car,
boat-ride hours, bus schedules, cable car on
Mount Baldo, taxi service, medical
assistance, postcard and stamp purchases,
mailing and more.
During the night shift (22:00 to 7:30), the
Executive Manager and the Night Porter are
there to greet late arrivals or returns to
the hotel or also to see you off in case of
unusual departure times or assist you for
